Privacy Policy

Introduction
Speedforge (“we,” “our,” or “us”) builds developer tools for engineers who run multi-agent and multi-window workflows. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information when you use the Speedforge website at speedforge.ai, our waitlist, our developer tools (SF Hopper, SF Dynamo, SF Threads, SF Braids, SF Focus), our APIs, our desktop applications, or any other service we offer (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is intended for software professionals and the organizations that employ them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Name, email address, company, role, and other details you submit through the waitlist or sign-up forms.
- Account credentials and any profile information you choose to add.
- Payment information processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers ourselves).
- Support correspondence, including the contents of emails and chat messages you send us.
- Voice input you choose to provide while interacting with the Speedforge AI guide on our website.
Inputs and Outputs
- Code, prompts, transcripts, project metadata, and other content you submit to Speedforge tools.
- Outputs that Speedforge tools generate from your inputs (suggestions, generated code, test artifacts, transcripts, etc.).
- Connections you authorize to third-party services such as Linear, Fly.io, Supabase, or version-control providers, including the data those services return to us on your behalf.
Telemetry and Usage Data
- Device and environment information (operating system, app version, locale, hardware class).
- Usage events such as feature interactions, command counts, run durations, and error reports.
- Approximate geolocation derived from IP address.
- Network metadata such as request timing and rate-limit signals.
Where practical, telemetry from desktop applications can be reduced or disabled in product settings.
How We Use Information
- To operate, maintain, and secure the Service.
- To provide product features you request, including routing your inputs to third-party AI providers when needed to generate a response.
- To process payments and send transactional messages (receipts, security alerts, account notices).
- To respond to support requests, debug issues, and improve product reliability.
- To send you product updates, waitlist notifications, and (with your consent) marketing communications you can unsubscribe from at any time.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations and to enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not use your private Inputs or Outputs to train models that benefit other customers without your explicit consent. Aggregated, de-identified telemetry may be used to operate and improve the Service.
Third-Party Services and Subprocessors
We rely on a small set of trusted vendors to deliver the Service. The categories below reflect the types of subprocessors we currently use:
- Hosting and edge infrastructure — Vercel, Cloudflare, Fly.io.
- AI model providers — Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and similar providers used to generate responses for product features.
- Voice AI — ElevenLabs, used for the Speedforge AI guide on our website.
- Database and storage — Supabase and equivalent backend providers.
- Email and messaging — Resend, used for transactional and waitlist email.
- Developer integrations — Linear, GitHub, and similar tools you connect at your own option.
- Analytics and error reporting — privacy-respecting product analytics and error-tracking providers.
Each subprocessor processes your data only to the extent necessary to provide its piece of the Service and is contractually obligated to protect it. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Security
- Encryption in transit (TLS) for traffic between you, the Service, and our subprocessors.
- Encryption at rest for stored data wherever our hosting providers support it.
- Access controls, audit logging, and least-privilege policies for the Speedforge team.
- Cloudflare Zero Trust Access protects our internal control planes.
- Regular review of dependencies and security advisories.
No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your account or data has been compromised, please contact security@speedforge.ai as soon as possible.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Telemetry and operational logs are retained for a limited window appropriate to the purpose (typically 30 to 180 days). When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a commercially reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it to meet a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, or enforce our agreements.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable law (including GDPR for EU/UK residents and the CCPA/CPRA for California residents), you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
- Delete your account and personal information.
- Export a copy of your personal information in a portable format.
- Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
- Withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent.
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@speedforge.ai. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
International Users
Speedforge is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our subprocessors operate. We rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
